Nethergong on the Farm
In the farming heartland of East Kent (8 miles from Nethergong), we are delighted to offer a new campsite for the 2022 season.
It will be laid back, spacious, family camping, at Lower Goldstone farm, with all the extras that you have come to expect from us at Nethergong. Your stay will be a tranquil back to nature experience with comfort and convenience an added bonus!
Wind your way down a country lane and pitch up in a glorious sunny paddock, a stone's throw from the farm's own butchers. Here you will be able to purchase their hand reared beef and lamb, or other locally reared meat to cook over the campfire. There will be food provided on a Friday evening by chef Tim Wilson who has a track record in some renowned private members clubs, events catering, and more recently dine at home restaurant quality meals. As well as all this, there will be the usual coffee and pastries in the morning to make your stay on the farm a truly memorable one.
With plenty of hot showers to go round, you will start your day well and ready to explore the local area. NOTF (Nethergong on the Farm) is on the National Cycle Network with multiple routes through rural villages, roman ruins and on to the quaint market town of Sandwich (approx. 3 miles) with its secluded bay. Further afield there is Deal (approx. 10 miles) the seaside town which has gentrified at pace over the past 20 years, and Broadstairs (approx. 12 miles) with its quintessentially British chilled out seaside vibe.
NOTF is open for weekends and school holidays from Friday 10th June - 4th September
